Safety Program

At Manbhari Constructions, we feel that a safe working environment is not only our goal, but our responsibility.
The safety of our employees is a top priority for us at Manbhari. We get every member of our team involved in the safety process, from top management to workers in the field. Manbhari feels that safety is not just a set of rules, but an attitude. Our safety policies focus on the employee and the way they approach situations. We feel that encouraging the employee to take responsibility is the key to a successful safety program. Our policy is given to all employees who work for Manbhari Constructions and to all subcontractors. We require our subcontractors to have their own safety programs.

To back up Manbhari’s commitment to safety, we have a full time Safety Coordinator who oversees safety on each of our projects. The role of the Safety Coordinator is to help the chief engineers achieve and maintain a safe working environment.

Manbhari Constructions also believes that a drug free work environment is essential to a successful safety program. We address this fact in our Drug-Free Awareness Program. Upon being hired by Manbhari Constructions, each employee must go through a background check process that includes drug testing. They are given a copy of the Drug-Free Awareness Program which is also addressed at each of our safety meeting.

Sustainable Construction

In today’s construction environment, the importance of building sustainable construction is significant for the people who live, work and play in our communities. As projects shift towards green building methods, Manbhari Constructions is committed to sustainable construction for a better tomorrow.
Many of Manbhari Constructions Company’s common practices over the years have been and continue to be ‘green’. For example, improving air quality, planting trees, using local products whenever possible, or storing drywall in a dry environment and recycling methods are all relatively simple yet important steps we continually take to be environmentally conscientious and friendly.

Quality Since 1990

As a part of our commitment to quality, Manbhari Constructions has a full-time Client Relations Warranty Manager.

This experienced client relations warranty manager handles all post-construction issues that fall within the warranty period of the building. He is the main contact to receive, follow up and sign off any issues that may arise during the warranty period.
